Our version of the empanada is a flavor-packed culinary mixtape! Growing up in Flushing, Queens, in the 80s, there was a kind of perfect storm of cultures, nationalities, and ethnicities cranking out a huge playlist of foods. Everyone ate from the same multicultural, comforting smorgasbord. Food was the common language. Jewish food, Chinese food, Greek DIners, Chino Latino, Indian—and more! It was magical.

The Yentanada is an homage to that. With all sorts of fillings that are perfect snacks, easy to hold and eat—breakfast, lunch, or late night.

Our Matzomale is a version of the tamale with matzo instead of masa. It also has a shout out to stuffed cabbage as each Matzomale is gently steamed in a wrapper of savoy cabbage!

The knosh is a mini knosh, whipped creamy potatoes topped with miso butter wrapped in flaky pastry. It’s a treat to eat!
